|Special Notes||This scholarship was created in September 1994 by the American Ethnic Coordinating Office in appreciation of the commitment to, and support of, minority students shown by Jo Dahle during his tenure as the Director of Development and University Relations at UW-Eau Claire. He was a special friend of minority students and has served as a mentor to many people on campus. This scholarship recognizes his ongoing concern for the welfare of individuals and his commitment to higher education.|
