Collaboration in Information Services Scholarship

Amount One award of $1,000.
Availability Annually for at least five years, beginning with the 2015-16 academic year.
Eligibility Criteria Recipients must be enrolled full-time at UW-Eau Claire, be of junior or senior status and accepted into the College of Business Information Services program. The recipients must have a GPA of 3.0 or above and demonstrate an appreciation for UW-Eau Claire's collaborative relationships between faculty and students. Successful applicants should have participated in college or community organizations and exhibited a potential for leadership as displayed by those activities. If a tie appears in the selection of a candidate, the award will be given to the student with the highest GPA at that time. The award shall not be divided or given to two or more candidates. Financial need is not a requirement or a factor that should be used in evaluating candidates.

Selection Procedure The Information Systems Scholarship Committee will make the selection.
Notification Official notification will be sent to recipients by the Information Systems Scholarship Committee chair.
Special Notes

Tyler Patterson and Brandyn Churchill earned bachelor degrees from UW-Eau Claire in 2009. They credit the strong educational foundation they received as a key component in the building of their successful professional careers. As an undergraduate, Tyler was the recipient of the Cargill Information Services Scholarship. Brandyn was a National Merit Scholar. Both now serve in information technology positions with C.H. Robinson.

Thank You Recipients are expected to write a thank you letter addressed to Tyler Patterson and Brandyn Churchill, sent in care of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation Office.
