| Eligibility Criteria
||Given to the student whose practicum leadership project embodies true entrepreneurship. Projects will be evaluated on creativity, relevance to the organization's mission, viability, cost effectiveness, and the ability to capitalize on an unmet need or provide a solution to a problem.

||There is no application procedure for this award.
| Selection Procedure
||The Health Care Administration Scholarship Committee will select the recipients.
| Selection Deadline
||The group will review projects in February with selection to occur in March.
Notification will be made by the selection committee by letter or email. The recipient will be recognized at the annual Center for Health and Aging Services Excellence (CHAASE) Spring Banquet, which is held in April, and the recipient's name will be posted on the departmental bulletin board and included in the department newsletter.

||Heyde Companies has a long standing tradition as a leader in the provision of long term health services in the Chippewa Valley, and has been involved with the health care administration program since its inception.
