| Eligibility Criteria
||Applicant must be a declared actuarial major in the mathematics department and have enough credits to be of junior status. An applicant must also be legally eligible to work in the United States. A minimum GPA of 3.2 is preferred. Additional criteria include, but are not limited to: number of actuarial professional exams completed, actuarial internship experience, and leadership experience. Selection will be made based upon material submitted, and input from the actuarial faculty regarding performance in courses.

||Selection will be based on demonstrated performance and potential in actuarial science.
| Selection Deadline
||The recipient of this scholarship will receive a notification letter and will be honored at the Department of Mathematics Graduation and Awards Celebration.

||The recipient is expected to write a thank you letter to Travelers Insurance and forward it to the UW-Eau Claire Foundation.
