|Amount||One award of $400.|
The scholarship will be awarded to a full-time, resident junior accounting major who has been accepted into the College of Business. The recipient must intend to work in the accounting profession upon graduation and have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
The successful applicant for this award must have participated in college or community organizations and exhibited a potential for leadership as displayed by those activities.
Financial need is required.

|Application Deadline||Applications become available the week before spring break and are due the week after spring break.|
|Selection Procedure||The scholarship recipient will be selected by the Department of Accounting and Finance Scholarship Committee. In the event of a tie, the award will be given to the student with the highest cumulative GPA at that time. The scholarship will not be divided.|
|Selection Deadline||In the spring, prior to the end of the spring semester.|
|Notification||The Accounting and Finance Department Scholarship Committee will send the recipient a notification letter, with copies sent to the Financial Aid and Foundation offices.|
|Thank You||The recipient should send a thank-you note to Deloitte & Touche-Twin Cities, in care of the Department of Accounting and Finance Department.|
