| Eligibility Criteria
||Each year, any University Staff, University Staff Project, or University Staff Temporary member at UW-Eau Claire, whether active or retired, will be eligible to nominate one student if they meet the following criteria: the student must attend UW-Eau Claire full time; if the student is returning, they must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above. A student may be nominated once per year.

| Application Deadline
||Applications are due by the first Monday in April.
| Selection Procedure
||Recipients will be randomly selected from the pool of applicants by the University Staff Funding Committee.
| Selection Deadline
||Selection will be made by the Friday of the application deadline week.
||The chair of the Funding Committee will notify the recipient during the week following the selection deadline. The recipient will have ten days to return the acceptance form sent to the student with the notification letter. After that form is received, the Committee will submit a scholarship award form to Financial Aid. The scholarship will be paid to the recipient's account in the Business Office during the following academic year.
| Special Notes
||The amount of the scholarships and number of awards will vary, depending upon the amount in the endowed scholarship fund. If there is a recognition reception, the recipient will be requested to attend and accept a scholarship certificate.
